How do I order?
You can order by appointment in person at our premises or at any time 24/7 365 days a year in our online shop, as well as in writing by e-mail and by fax.
Our friendly sales team will also be happy to take your order over the phone.
All orders are followed by a written order confirmation with all the information about your order [Time of delivery, place, provisional number of persons, type of meal and terms of payment].
We need the exact number of guests [in writing or by telephonePlease book at least 10 days before your party. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to reduce the number of people after this date.
If the number of guests increases, we need the new number of guests at least 3 days before your party.
What does it cost if I want to have the buffet crockery collected and washed?

When is the best time to order?
To avoid scheduling difficulties, you should book an appointment in good time without obligation. In this case, you will receive a written appointment reservation for your desired date with an OPTIONS date.
Your reservation is completely non-binding until this date, after which you should confirm or cancel the date. If you accept, you have the opportunity to choose your favourite buffet up to 14 days before your celebration.

In which area do you deliver?
We deliver within a radius of approx. 100km around Limbach.
This covers an area of the south-west Palatinate, the whole of Saarland and the border areas of France and Luxembourg.

What will it cost me if I have fewer guests?
40-49 persons instead of 50 = + 1€ pP.

What is included in the catalogue price and what else is added?

The assembly of the food on tables, worktops, counters etc. provided by you, the delivery will be charged separately.
All keep-warm containers are fitted with spare burners, which you can light again after they have gone out to extend the keep-warm time by approx. 2.5 hours.

The journey, presentation sets - [These are only provided when booking our crockery service or for an additional charge of €15.00 net or €17.85 including 19% VAT.] Tablecloths; buffet signs; menus; setting up and dismantling tables, chairs, decorations; collecting and washing the buffet crockery. Disposal of leftovers.
Why are all prices in the catalogue shown net and additionally with 7% or 19% VAT?
All prices in our catalogues are always shown as net prices, i.e. plus the applicable statutory VAT.
For better orientation, we have indicated the gross final prices with 7% or 19% VAT rate for you.
We are legally obliged to charge the currently valid VAT of 19% [instead of the previous 7% VAT] on the delivered food as soon as another service is provided. The scope of the additional service is irrelevant.
Even for minimal services such as napkins, any kind of buffet decoration, buffet signs, crockery hire, empties washing and collection, drinks, bar tables, any staff service, the currently applicable VAT rate of 19% must be charged for all services.
The legislator is planning to charge 19% for all catering services in future. Should this come into force, we reserve the right to adjust existing orders.
